Hi There,

I’ve been immersed in human resources, training and learning for more than 25 years. What draws me to this work is the ability to see people evolve and grow into a better, more effective, happier leader that directly impacts their success (and their organization’s too)!

As soon as I started my career, I dove right into the Human Resources Department at the University of Wilfrid Laurier and learned and absorbed as much as I could in all aspects of the discipline. I eventually moved to PriceWaterhouseCooper to take in even more from a global perspective. Everywhere I went, I learned, tested, implemented, planned, and oversaw hundreds of tools, trainings, courses, assessments and management interventions – more that can fit on this page.

I have empowered more than 5,000 individuals and lead more than 475 trainings.

I create and lead custom leadership training for individuals, executive teams and organizations. I use specialized tools, assessments and lessons to empower you and your team to get unstuck, discover more about yourself and tap into your strengths (both individually and as a team) to create a more cohesive, aligned working environment, that’s enjoyable too!
