Emotions can drive behaviour and impact people, both positively (you just won a car!) and negatively (your mother just passed away). Emotional Intelligence is being able to manage and understand emotions (both our own and others’).
I work with you to gain insights on how your emotional intelligence can help (or hinder) you at work and together we take steps to build up your emotional intelligence and implement strategies that you can put to use on a daily basis.
